I am a Manchester-based lighting cameraman with experience in live action, stop motion animation and motion control.  I started off working on TV dramas as a camera trainee and then camera assistant for a number of BBC, CBBC, ITV and Channel Four productions including the BAFTA award-winning drama, ‘Happy Valley.’

In the stop motion world I have worked on projects for Disney Europe, Universal Kids and Nick Jr (formally Nickelodeon). I have also filmed a wide variety of live performances including The Saturdays, Status Quo, Paul Rodgers and Gary Numan.

Please see the CV section of this website for my full credits.

I am extremely passionate about cinematography and particularly narrative filmmaking and storytelling.  I am also a keen photographer, snowboarder and am partial to a bit of gardening when weather and time permits!

I am familiar with a variety of different camera systems including Arri, Red, Sony, Panasonic and Canon.
